- This requirement is for the procurement of Divergent Nozzle Segments, NSN 2840-01-455-9504NZ, P/N 4082986 applicable to the F100PW220/220E engines. These Divergent Nozzle Segments are 1.75? in height X 4.5? in width X 21? in length. The Predominant Material is Nickel Base Alloy. These Divergent Nozzle Segments together with the Balance and Convergent Segments and seal, form the nozzle throat area. The government contemplates awarding a firm fixed price requirements type contract for a two (2) year basic contract period with two one (1) year option periods. The estimated quantity per year to be procured is 2,965 ea for year one, 3,293 ea for year two, 2,721 each for option year one and 2,955 each for option year two for a total four year estimated quantity of 11,934 each, which equates to a total four year estimated value of $25,658,100. The governments required delivery schedule is 300 each per month beginning 46weeks after receipt of order and continuing at that rate per month thereafter until order is completed. Items will be delivered to FB2039, Tinker AFB. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR 52.209-1. Additional information may be obtained from the Source Development Office, OC-ALC/BC, 3001 Staff Drive, Ste# 1AC85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009 or (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. The government is not required to delay contract award to review pending Source Approval Requests (SARs). Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the government has not completed review of a SAR when the contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed for possible source approval for future awards. Drawings are available and can be accessed at https://www.fedteds.gov. The currently approved source(s) are Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Division in East Hartford, CT and Dynamic Gunver Technologies in Manchester, CT. No telephone requests will be accepted. The contracting office will accept requests for solicitations via fax number (405) 734-8776. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be made available to interested parties through electronic data interchange. This solicitation will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Notes 23 and 26 apply. A requirements contract covering four years will be let for 11,934 divergent seal segments, NSN 2840-01-455-9504NZ, PN 4082986. This requirement has qualification requirements and will be limited to vendors who meet these requirements.
