Description

The Defense Contracting Command  Washington, on behalf of the Defense Language Institute intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Indefinite Quantity/ Indefinite Delivery, multiple award contract for Foreign Language Training Support Se rvices. This requirement includes: intensive full-time, proficiency oriented training for approximately 85 languages, instruction to individual students or small groups, not exceeding four (4) students based on Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) levels on vendors premises in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area. The services are currently supported through Contract Numbers DASW01-00-D-3028 with International Communications Association, DASW01-00-D-3029 with Comprehensive Language Center, Inc., DASW01 -00-D-3032 with International Center for Language Studies, DASW01-00-D-3033 with Diplomatic Language Services, LLC, and DASW01-00-D-3034 with Language Learning Enterprises. The proposed period of performance will be for a base period of twelve (12) months, with four (4) one-year options. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, NAICS 611630. It is anticipated that the Solicitation Number W74V8H-05-R-0008 will be issued on or about 17 December 2004.
