Description
This following is a continuation of the solicitation for Organizational Development Interventions. TIMELY RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Your offer, consisting of written supporting documentation and cost proposal, must be submitted no later than 3:30 p.m. eastern time on January 7, 2005, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ATTN: Ms. Carolyn A. Cooper, Contract Management Branch No. 1, Division of Contracts, Washington, D.C. 20555. Offerors who wish to be considered must submit one original and three (3) copies of their offer; on company letterhead. No fax or electronic offers will be accepted. Offers delivered by hand, including delivery by any express mail services or courier service, shall be addressed in accordance with the foregoing, but delivered to 11545 Rockville Pike, Mail Stop T-7-I-2, Rockville, MD 20852. Proposals sent through the U.S. Postal Service must be addressed to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Division of Contracts, Mail Stop T-7I2, Washington, DC 20555. The RFP No. RS-HR-05-363 must be clearly written on the outside of the sealed envelope or package containing your proposal. All hand-carried proposals including those delivered by private delivery services (e.g., Federal Express and Airborne Express) must be delivered to the loading dock security station located at 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland 20852 and received in the depository located in Room T-7I2. All offerors shall allow extra time for internal mail distribution. NRC is a secure facility with perimeter access-control and NRC personnel are only available to receive hand-carried proposals during normal working hours, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
