The Soliciation/Request for Quote will be forth coming and will be available via the DSCC Website address (URL) is http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfq/. The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on 12/13/04, with the Response date on 12/27/04. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Purchase request number: IQC04343009006. Sources are Technical Wire (07700) P/n 87-10149A, Parker Hanifin (18565) P/n 19-06-F229-1250, Laird Technologies (30817) P/n 87-11450240-1. Full and open competition, Small business set aside, must be Iaw to (18876) 11450240, First Article Testing is not required. The details and bid set related to the drawings will be made available with the solicitation through the above mentioned website. An Indefinite Quantity, muti year contract is anticipated. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Deliveries will be to various DLA customers and/or stocking locations. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
