Description

PRDSCRJRSK4176, Note 29 applies. This Amendment 0002 is issued today-12-9-04 to correct previous wording of this 100% Set-Aside to read that it is restricted for-Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. This solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. "Only offers from SDVOSB firms will be considered. SDVOSB non-manufacturers must provide a domestic SB product if the value of the buy exceeds $25K. If the value of the buy is less than $25K, the firm may provide either a large or small business domestic product. SDVOSB firms providing products as manufacturers, must provide a product manufactured at least 51% by themselves or another SDVOSB." Per Statement of Work, the Contractor is to provide services for pumping and disposal of materials in various trenches, sumps, and collection points at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, VA. The solicitation will result in a Firm-fixed base year contract with three option years.
