- Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT), 1331 Pennsylvania Ave., NW National Place Building, Suite 1210, Washington, DC 20530 will issue an RFP for non-personal services to conduct facility reviews of Non-Federal detention facilities housing United States Marshals Service (USMS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainees, nationwide. This solicitation is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 541611. The entire solicitation ODT-05-R-0002 will be made available on the Government Point of Entry (GPE), FedBizOps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about December 26, 2004.
