Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Center for Creative, PO BOX 26300, Greensboro, NC, 27438. The services requested is to provide facilitators to conduct 2 ? academic days of leadrship awareness education/training to include MBT1, FIRO-B, conflict management, 360 degree feedback (leadership mirror), and a leadership developmental plan. This education/training will be provided to newly selected CMSgt?s in number of approximately 225-300 per event, three events annually as scheduled by U.S. Air Force Senior NCO Academy (AFSNCO). Education/trainning will take place at Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, Alabama at the AFSNCO (Kisling Hall). AFSNCO will purchase expendable and reusable supplies required, contractor will provide list of items needed and suggested source. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified service, they must respond to this notice before 1500 hrs (central time) on December 20, 2004. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Center for Creative Leadership will be pursued. The POC for this notice is Meljoelyn M.
