This procurement is restricted to Wells Technology Inc., 4885 Windsor Ct. NW, Bemidji, MN 56601-7214, in accordance with FAR Subpart 19.8  Contracting with the Small Business Administration (The 8(a) Program). Offers from concerns other than Wells Technology, Inc. are not solicited. No formal solicitation will be issued. This synopsis is published for SUBCONTRACTING PURPOSES ONLY. The Solicitation will result in a three-year, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 1 ,000 each and a contract maximum of 35,000 each.
