Description

POC Queen Miller, AMSAM-AC-SM-S, Contracting Officer, 256-876-4197 Desc: Request for Proposal W31P4Q-05-R-0225 proposes to acquire Aerial Target Flight Operations and Maintenance Services at Fort Bliss, Texas; White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico; and other Post, Camps and Stations (PCS) in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside CONUS in support of Subscale Target Systems (MQM-107, BQM-34, UAV-T), Ballistic Target Systems (BATS and TBMTT), Full Scale Rota ry Wing Target (QUH-1M/UH-1M), and Subscale Rotary Wing Target (QH-50). A draft solicitation will be available electronically on or about 28 December 2004 by accessing https://wwwproc.redstone.army.mil/acquisition/. A pre-proposal conference/site visit is scheduled on or about 18 January 2005; followed by release of the final RFP on or about 23 January 2005. The anticipated award date is within the May 2005 timeframe. The effort required shall be specified in a Statement of Work (SOW) and its attachmen ts. The proposed five-year acquisition will be solicited on a full and open competitive basis. Release of or participation in the solicitation will be restricted or limited to US owned companies, US citizens, and cleared foreign owned companies that have an approved Special Security Agreement (SSA). A fixed price level of effort type service contract, with cost reimbursable line items for travel and subcontract activity, is anticipated. Optional hours are also required for additional effort and/or diffe rentials. All responsible sources may submit written proposals which shall be considered by this agency.
