Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote being requested. Solicitation Number for this quote is 05SQ2500005, this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. NOTICE: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 331111, and is set aside for small businesses. STATEMENT OF WORK - 492 square foot of 7 guage black steel sheet piling, (10 peices at 30'), 328 square foot of 7 gauge black steel sheet piling (10 pcs 2 20'), and 1,968 square foot of 7 gauge galvinized steel sheet piling (80 pcs at 15'). EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD: Award of a contract will be made to the most qualified, responsible, responsive bidder submitting the best value to the Goernmnet, as well as meeting all terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation.
