- Description
- Subject solicitation originally synopsized on 23 October 2004 for a sole source procurement with the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office for 2 each Servo-cylinder Test Stands is hereby revised. The requirements for the system have been changed to reflect a computer based hydraulic test system which incorporates hydraulic pressure and UUT electrical stimulus, control, and measurement resources with closed UUT feedback loops, controllable via automated test software routines. Therefore, the acquisition is revised as follows: 1) the STS is replaced with two each V-22 Hydraulic Automatic Test Systems (V-HATS); 2) two priced options for the V-HATS, one each in calendar year 2007, and two each in 2008 are included; and 3) added are two each of three separate Operational Test Program Sets (OTPS) required for the testing of the hydraulic actuators for the following high priority/high failure aircraft components: swashplate, flaperon/elevator, and the nosewheel steering.
