Description

UNICOR, FPI intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery type contract for Nylon-Supplex Fabric, Liners, Heat Application Labels, Webbing, and Barrel Locks. This requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposal. The period of performance is anticipated from date of award through Two (2) years with Two (2) Option Years, if exercised. All items shall conform to specification CRFD/PD 99-01A, dated October 10, 2000 and/or specification CRFD/PD 04-07, dated June 23, 2004. Delivery is FOB Destination: FCI Waseca, MN and USP Pollock, LA. Delivery shall be no later than 45 calendar days after receipt of delivery order for the fabric, liners, and heat transfers. Delivery shall be no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of delivery order for the webbing and barrel locks. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR FCI WASECA, MN FOR THE LIFE OF THE CONTRACT IS AS FOLLOWS: Nylon Supplex Black Fabric: 420,000 yards Heat Press Decals: 420,000 each Liners: 960,000 liners (either Air Force or Army; cut pieces or sewn) Webbing: 960,000 yards Barrel Locks: 960,000 each THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY FOR USP POLLOCK, LA FOR THE LIFE OF THE CONTRACT IS AS FOLLOWS: Nylon Supplex Black Fabric: 926,400 yards Heat Press Decals: 1,200,000 each Liners: 1,200,000 liners (without regard to size) Webbing: 925,200 yards Barrel Locks: 1,200,000 each The Delivery Order Minimum for FCI Waseca, MN: Nylon Supplex Black Fabric: 20,000 yards per order Heat Press Decals: 20,000 each per order Liners: 20,000 liners per order (cut pieces or sewn) Webbing: 20,000 yards per order Barrel Locks: 20,000 each per order The Delivery Order Minimum for USP Pollock, LA: Nylon Supplex Black Fabric: 10,000 yards per order Heat Press Decals: 10,000 each per order Liners: 10,000 pre-cut liners per order (without regard to size) Webbing: 10,000 yards per order Barrel Locks: 10,000 each per order The Delivery Order Maximum for FCI Waseca, MN: Nylon Supplex Black Fabric: 120,000 yards per order Heat Press Decals: 120,000 each per order Liners: 160,000 liners per order (cut pieces or sewn) Webbing: 240,000 yards per order Barrel Locks: 240,000 each per order The Delivery Order Maximum for USP Pollock, LA: Nylon Supplex Black Fabric: 120,000 yards per order Heat Press Decals: 1200,000 each per order Liners: 120,000 pre-cut liners per order (without regard to size) Webbing: 240,000 yards per order Barrel Locks: 240,000 each per order This requirement is DOMESTIC ONLY AND MULTIPLE AWARDS MAY BE MADE. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The evaluation factors are: past performance, technical capabilities, and price. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation that is due to be issued on or about December 23, 2004.
