Description: This requirement is unrestricted - sole source on software of proprietary nature company Skyscape. The renewal of license agreement for basic and three (3) option years for a total of 35 handheld devices. This software is for handheld pcs for medical and nursing references with over 240 different titles across 30 specialties that are all cross-linked. Improve decision-making, medical reference in pc, critical information in context, instant access to information without training. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from the request for quote contractor must be registed in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
