- The 11th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine if there are potential sources interested in performing Adjudication, Administrative and Management Support Services. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research or otherwise pay for the information solicited. This request is issued for planning purposes and to determine the availability of the commercial market. The Government is looking for a contractor capable of providing Adjudication, Administrative and Management Support Services Program Managers to the Air Force Central Adjudication Facility (AFCAF) Personal Security Adjudication (PSA) (AFCAF/PSA), located at 229 Brookley Avenue, Bolling AFB, Washington DC 20032-7040. The AFCAF facility receives cases from the Defense Security Service (DSS), Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and other DoD agencies approximately 14,000 Personnel Security Investigations per month and processes an equal amount of incoming and outgoing Correspondence. The intent is to make one award to a single service provider who would be responsible for providing all technical and business services such as: (1) administrative duties which include the ability to receipt for, identify, sort and file all types of personnel security investigations (PSI). (2) Additionally, individuals will be required to update the Defense Clearance Investigation Index (DCII) and Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). All potential sources are asked to submit capability packages expressing their interest. The Capability package must be clear, concise, complete and limited to no more than twenty (20) pages, and shall include, at a minimum: (1) name and address of firm; size/ownership of business, i.e. large, small, small disadvantaged, 8 (a), Disabled-Veteran, Veteran, Woman owned business, and Hub Zone; (2) number of years in business; (3) a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax and email; (4) Cage code and DUNS number (if available); (5) identify if you are a GSA schedule holder; affiliate contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime); experience and familiarity with providing the Adjudication services; (6) include past performance experience for the past three (3) years for similar services to include contract number, contract type, contract value, period of performance, POC and telephone number. The applicable North American Industries Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561611. Please note THIS IS NOT A SOLICIATION or A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.
