YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL REQUEST TO (FAX NUMBER 256-955-9237). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Systems Company, 200 East El Segundo Blvd., Bldg E01, El Segundo, CA 90245-09237. This contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Due to urgency, we intend to release a letter contract immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. Suggest that small business firms or others intere sted in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement contact the above listed firm. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. A technical data package, which de fines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available.
