Description

The services to be performed will involve the chemical analysis of water samples collected from lakes, reservoirs, streams, rivers, springs, wells and irrigation drains. The water will be tested for radiochemistry, total dissolved solids, metals, and nutrients. The water analysis is being conducted to monitor on-going construction activities, to monitor irrigation return flows, and to determine the quality of surface and ground water for planning purposes. This is being awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures and Acquisition of Commercial Item procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and 12. It is a total small business set-aside. Representations and Certifications, (FAR 52.212-03) which are listed in the clauses in the solicitation, must be filled out and returned with quote to be considered for the award.
