Description

RELEASE OF THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN POSTPONED. Currently anticipate release or cancellation of this solicitaiton by 30 Dec 04. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This is the Pre-Solicitation Notice for Parking Services for Naval Reserve Center Cleveland, OH. The solicitation will include firm-fixed price line items for a base year and four option years to provide parking space for an average of approximately 115 vehicles for one weekend (consecutive Saturday & Sunday), on a monthly (approximately 12 times per year) basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 812930. All prospective offerors are encouraged to register as interested vendors on the FebBizOpps or NAVFAC websites. The solicitation will be unrestricted. Notification of any changes (amendments) to the solicitation may be made only on the Internet. It will be the contractor?s responsibility to check the website for any posted changes. The RFQ will be available on both the FedBizOpps and NAVFAC websites, at www.eps.gov and www.esol.navfac.navy.mil, on or about 30 December 2004 with a closing date for proposals on or about 20 January 2005. The precise closing date will be published with the solicitation.
