Description

The RHOB Loading Dock Upgrade consists of the following: complete removal of the concrete slab for the drive aisles and replace with new concrete slab; removal of the topping slab at the loading dock and replace with new topping slab; removal of finishes and equipment within space and replace with new finishes and equipment; installation of a new loading dock extension with dock leveler, the installation of new furred out masonry walls along perimeter of space, and the installation of new mechanical, fire sprinkler, electrical and plumbing equipment. Site visit and pre-proposal conference details will be included in the solicitation package.
