Description

The Stategic Studies Institute, US Army War College, seek long term, collaborative conceptual research, mutual benefit, partnerships on National Security issues, with distinguished academic and other non-profit institutions. The specific formal part nership method solicited by this RFP is Co-Sponsored Conferences, with the conceptual research published on an unclassified basis in the public domain. The normal end products of an academic conference, are scholarly presentations, research papers, monogr aphs or books published jointly with SSI. The research products assess and make recommendations on strategic issues and policies of importance to the Army. This acquisition is unrestricted and will be evaluated on a best value basis with multiple awards using cost sharing terms expected.
