PR-No.: IQC04335009064, NSN 5985-01-215-9404, Support, Antenna, I/A/W DRW: (80063) A3046166, and all associated DWGs, NOR?s. Quantity to-be-determined at the rate of 2860-ea in 120 days ADO, and any balance delivered at the rate of 1,000-ea every 30-days thereafter. Various quantity increments solicited: 100-999, 1000-3999, 4000-5999, 6000-7999, 8000-9999, 10,000-11,440. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. 100% Small Business Set-Aside applies and FOB Destination. See Note 1 and Full and Open Competition applies. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dsccols.com/rfp on its issue date of 12/28/2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available from DSCC-VTCD via one of the following media: Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/RFP for RFP?s; telephone at 614-692-2344; e-mail drawings@dscc.dla.mil or by mail at Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTRD, P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43216-5000. Request should include the RFP Number opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPE) buyer name and your complete address, FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERICAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), consisting one (1) 12-month base year, and four (4) 12-months option periods. The total duration shall not exceed 60-months. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
