- RH043370100000, NSN 6135-01-108-6057, Non-rechargeable Battery, in accordance with Pointer Inc. CAGE: 58507, P/N 7938174-55 or Plainview Batteries Inc. CAGE: 0LEJ1, P/N 7938174-55. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Configuration Control applies. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is a small business set-aside. This non-rechargeable lithium battery is a non-commercial item with a 60 month shelf-life. Material Safety Data Sheets are required. This is a solicitation for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The guaranteed minimum is 163 EA, FOB Destination, Inspection/acceptance Origin, QAP-002. Requested delivery is 30 days ARO. Possible stock delivery locations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about December 30, 2004 and close on or about January 30, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
