- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; however, the same information will be available on the Procurement Gateway. (ii) The solicitation number is SP0405-05-R-0696 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25, dated October 5, 2004. (iv) This procurement is other than full and open competition. The government intends to award on a sole source basis against an existing basic ordering agreement. The NAICS code is 336412 and the small business size standard is 1000. (v) Line item number 0001: 2840-00-945-3250, 51 each. DATA IS PROPRIETARY OR INSUFFICIENT FOR COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. MARK IAW MIL-STD-130K, DATED 15 JAN 00. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36 (SECTION I) CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM I/A/W QAP 13873 QAP-E01 REFNO DTD 03/31/96 AMEND NR DTD TYPE NUMBER (vii) Date of delivery: 200 days after receipt of order. Place of delivery: Lathrop, CA. FOB point: Origin. Inspection and Acceptance: Origin. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
