- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS, Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) intends to acquire 561,000 Jackson Trap bodies with the toxic labels, 790,000 Jackson gridded inserts with stickum, 10,000 Jackson Trap wire hangers, and 227,000 lure clip holders. A first article sample of 5 each of each item is required 10 days after contract award, with the article sample produced at the same production facility as the production quantity. A sample of 6 paperboard units is also required within 10 days of contract award. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), min/max quantities, Firm Fixed Price, Delivery Order Contract with a base award period of one calendar year and two 1 year option periods which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is anticipated that a single award will be made but multiple awards will be considered. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAIC is 322222. The RFP 027-M-APHIS-05 will be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone request will not be accepted. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this web site only. NOTIFICATION WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFERORS REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFEROR?S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEBSITE PERIODICALLY FOR UPDATES. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments shall be posted to the website at: www.fedbizopps.gov.
