- The Federal Aviation Administration, Northwest Mountain Region intends to award a contract to the BPA Group, Bellevue, WA, for the Design of Foundations and Steel Supports for a New Dual Mode High Intensity Approach Lighting System with Sequenced Flashing Lights (ALSF-2), Runway 16X, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Sea-Tac, Washington. The FAA has determined that utilizing the BPA Group for the design would be the best value to the FAA considering cost, technical, and process advantages.
