Description

The Amarillo VA Healthcare System intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Steris Corporation for full service maintenance on sterilizers located at the Amarillo VA Healthcare System, Amarillo, TX, and the VA Outpatient Clinic, Lubbock, TX. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. NAICS code is 811219. The agency believes that Steris Corporation is the only firm capable of furnishing this service. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. The determination to open competition based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government No telephone or e-mail inquiries will be accepted.
