Description: Contractor shall design, build, and set-up a mobile city composed of 17 single story buildings and 1 double-story building. Each building shall be at least 45 feet in length and 8 feet in width, made of steel and light brown or sand in color. The d ouble-story building should have one external stair well, one internal stair well, and a balcony. Each building shall have two standard size window frames and two standard size doors. The window frames shall be on opposite walls of each other and the door s shall be on opposite walls of each other. The window frames and doors shall be easy to repair and replace. The buildings shall be designed to allow multiple soldiers to enter and clear the building. Each building shall be designed to support at least 6 soldiers standing on the top of the building. The interior of the building shall have plywood walls, floors and ceiling in order to hang signs and pictures. The buildings should be easy to move using a 10-ton forklift so as to allow the configuration of the city to be changed. The buildings shall be placed on a gravel and dirt surface. Delivery shall be 60 days after receipt of award. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are332311, 3448, 500 employees. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns . All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
