Description

Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications for Humidity Control Bldg. 34-250. Work consists of but not limited to the removal of sliding doo rs/frames, damaged dock bumper & channel, ect. Install two new coiling doors/frames/hardware, double door personnel doors/frames/hardware, complete building installation, install of package HVC units including ductwork, electrical work, new transformers, service panels, equipment disconnects, complete fire alarm system, ect, demolition and removal selected portions of building, dispose of debris, patching and repairs walls, install piping, provide drawing plans, schematics, or diagrams indicate location an d arrangement of piping systems, deviations to layout are approved in accordance with specification and regulatory requirement. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program The estimated cost of this project is between $250,000 and 500,000. The NAICS Code is 238220, Business Size is $12 million, Solicitation will be issued O/A 29 Dec 2004. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
