Description

Work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power and water, to perform all work in strict accordance with the terms and conditions outline in Pine Bluff Arsenals S pecification & Drawings FY 2004-15 for Humidity Control, Building 33-310, dated 29 Sep 04. The work covered by these specifications will include, but not limited to: Removal of broken and damaged transite (asbestos) wall shingles sliding doors/frames, personnel doors, etc. Install doors/frames/hardware; complete building insulation 8-0 high interior plywood wainscot; wall shingle work; install gas lines; and install HVAC units including ductwork. Electrical work will include new transformers, servic e panels, equipment disconnects, exist lights, and complete fire alarm system, etc. F.O.B. Destination  Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500, to be issued o/a 01//06/05 closing date 02/05/03. This acquisition is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS CODE 238220/12.0M, Magnitude of Construction is between $250,000 & $500,000. Any contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation W911RP-05-0003 will be a firm fixed price contract.
