- Class Code 95 Subject: Aluminum Sheet for the M939 5-Ton Truck SOL#: W52H09-05-T-5157 Response Date: 20 Dec 2004 This is a combined synopsis/quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The combined Synopsis/ Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is W52H09-05-T-5157 and will be published on the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil. This procurement is Full and Open Competition. Offers are due no later than 20 December 2004, 2:30 pm at FAX 309-782-6727 or email dennisonb@ria.army.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 331315 with a size standard of 750 employees. DESCRIPTION: FSC 9535, Aluminum Sheet,alloy 6061-T6, .250 X 48 X 96, ASTM B209 Total Order Quantity 219 sheets with a 300% option. The option will be evaluated at the time of award; option will be contingent upon receipt of funding. CRITICAL URGENT DELIVERY. Delivery for all sheets shall be as stated in the solicitation. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal (Illinois. EVALUATION. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering price and price related factors. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1) Del ivery, 2) Price. Ability to meet or exceed the requested delivery date will be evaluated with price to determine contract award.
