- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Boulder City Regional Office, Boulder City, Nevada, intends to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to ABB, Inc., Carlsbad, CA 92008. The Vendor is the designer and manufacturer of all items involved in this purchase. The interchangeability of these items are paramount when trying to train employees in the use of the items. Any deviation from these designs will result in substantial cost in order to achieve compatiblity with the present equipment. Properly trained and competent employees are required when using these items. A qualified person must design, install, and supervise the use of these items. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition procedures. The anticipated award date is December 28, 2004.
