- The Government intends to purchase maintenance services on Government owned Canon copiers located in Richmond, Virginia. The contractor shall be responsible for all repairs on the copiers and supplying toners as needed. Maintenance is required on the following equipment: SS# . NPF10248, ID# 168GD located at NRD Richmond, Virginia, copy usage is estimated to be 220,000 copies per year, purchased in 2001; SS# MPL20473, ID# 5T348, located at MEPS Richmond, Virginia, copy usage is estimated to be 200,000 copies per year, purchased in 2002; SS# 2402300611, ID# 108GD, located at NRD EPO Department, Richmond, Virginia, copy usage is estimated to be 100,000 copies per year, purchased in 2001; and SS# MPH03145, ID# has not been identified, located at MEPS Beckley, Richmond, Virginia, copy usage is estimated to be 75,600 per year, purchased in 2004 (warranty has expired). Please indicate a copy overage rate. The requirement will be for one base year plus four option years. The contractor shall invoice quarterly and payment will be made using the Government Wide Purchase Card. Send all quotes via email to fannie.richardson@navy.mil. on or before 1600 hours 21 Dec 04. This notice is not considered to be a combined synopsis; however a RFQ will not be issued. This requirement will be procured under simplified acquisition procedures.
