Description
GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing 2,300 - 3,100 BOMA usable square feet / 2,645 ? 3,565 rentable square feet of office space for occupancy by the Mine Safety and Health Administration in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in October, 2005. Nine reserved parking spaces are required on-site. Visitor parking should be available within one block. The delineated area boundaries are as follows: 1) Northern border: I-90 2) Western border: Beginning at the intersection of West Chicago Street and Highway 79, extending straight north to I-90 3) Southern border: Beginning at the intersection of West Chicago Street and Highway 79, following Highway 79 south and then east to the intersection of Highway 79 and Highway 44 4) Eastern border: Highway 44 going north from the intersection of Highway 44 and Highway 79, extending past West Rapid Street to I-90. Space is to be contiguous and at street level, with public transportation available within two blocks. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. All space must be fully handicapped accessible and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
