- NA This combined synopsis/solicitation is amended to include the following questions and answers that need clarification for the Decontamination Trailer: 1. Is a NEW or USED trailer preferred? Answer: New or like new is preferred. If the trailer show signs of wear and tear it will not be accepted. 2. Is a Tongue Hitch or Fifth Wheel Style trailer preferred? Answer: A tongue hitch is preferred. 3. How wide is the building? Answer: It must be narrow enough to be legal on the road with no special permitting. 4. Is the entire building (all 3 stages) going to be 16? long that seems small I was thinking that you meant each section should be 16? long. Answer: The request is for 16? decontamination trailer. It does not request a decontamination trailer with three 16 foot sections. The date to su bmit proposals has been extended to December 17, 2004, 3:00 P.M. EST.
