- Description
- On August 18, 2004 the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the start of an A-76 Standard Competition in the area of Vendor Payments. This requirement is being conducted under the guidelines of OMB Circular A-76 for a standard competition and is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541219 and the size standard is $7.0 million. The contract type is anticipated to be firm fixed price with a base year and four one-year options. A copy of the draft solicitation and performance work statement is available at the following website: http://www.epa.gov/oamhpod1/oppts_grp/0412419/index.htm. Only electronic comments will be accepted and should be directed to the following e-mail address: robbins.jill@epa.gov. Please include the name of a point of contact, e-mail address, and telephone number. The EPA expects to release the Request for Proposal on or about January 7, 2004 with proposals due approximately 45 days thereafter. Interested offerors should monitor the referenced website for additional information. The RFP will be posted to the webpage and no paper copies will be available.
