- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F1360342180100, Request for Quotation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220 Plumbing, Heating and Air-Conditioning Contractor the size standard of which is $25.7M per year. This procurement is set-aside for small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. LOCATION: Avon Park Air Force Range, Bldg 77, Florida, 33825 DESCRIPTION: Remove existing condenser, water piping, chiller compressor, exiting air handler water coils, and pneumatic controls · Install two new Dx coils and all piping in existing air handler or replace air handler if not compatible with proposed equipment. Contractor shall supply all controls, txv’s, filters, and sight glasses · Install one new Trane model # CRAUC80-1 or equivalent condensing unit. Contractor shall supply all piping and control wiring · Install one new nonadjustable temperature sensor in hallway.
