Description

The reason for this amendment is to extend the due date and change the Set Aside from Unrestricted to Total Small Business Set-Aside. Additional information is also included under the Additional Info section of the Solicitation. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4814-Q-05-1209. All Statement of Need and Evaluation Factor requirements must be met as they appear in this notice. This procurement is being issued as Total Small Business SetAside.
