- Description: See numbered notes 12, and 26. There are 33 NSNs covering FSCs 2040, 2090, 2540 and 4710 consisting of various types of Windows and parts. All items are to be procured in accordance with Cornell-Carr Co., Inc. CAGE Code 21204 and part numbers. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract (IQTC) with an estimated yearly quantity of 435 EA to be shipped to various stock locations. The FOB is Destination. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Requested delivery ranges from 30 to 210 days for all NSNs. This requirement is Unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp on its issue date Dec 29, 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. A written offer is required to be returned to the address in block 8 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in Section M of the solicitation.
