The government does not own the drawings to the TACTS - qualification requirements are not applicable. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 Dec 2004. The anticipated award date is 15 JAN 2005. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES.
