Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of potential source to provide, on a short time basis, a satellite vehicle rental service on McChord AFB, WA. Contractor shall establish a satellite vehicle rental service center on McChord AFB between the period of 3 June 05 through 29 June 05. Contractor ?s service shall be a turnkey operation at the satellite center, which will include issuing rental cars and process return cars. Also, a variety of different sized vehicles shall be made available. All car rental agreements will be between the contractor and the individual renting the car. The following is an approximate number of cars, sizes and dates service are required. Date: 6 Jun 05 Type & Quantity 64 each Midsize (Class III) 5 Passenger Sedans 3 each Large (Class IV) 6 Passenger Sedans 7 each Vans, 12 Passenger, Carryall Date: 14 Jun 05 Type & Quantity 67 each Midsize (Class III) 5 Passenger Sedans 4 each Large (Class IV) 6 Passenger Sedans 34 each Vans, 8 Passenger, Carryall 7 each Vans, 12 Passenger Carryall Date: 17 Jun 05 Type & Quantity 67 each Midsize (Class III) 5 Passenger Sedans 16 each large (Class IV) 6 Passenger Sedans 104 each Vans, 8 Passenger, Carryall 7 each Vans, 12 Passenger Carryall Date: 18 Jun 05 Type & Quantity 118 each Compact (Class II) 5 Passenger Sedans 147 each Midsize (Class III) 5 Passenger Sedans 236 each Vans, 8 Passenger, Carryall 31 each Vans, 12 Passenger, Carryall All vehicles shall be returned between 24 through 29 Jun 05. Contractor shall be responsible in removing all vehicles and satellite center off McChord AFB by 1 July 05. Please submit a capabilities statement indicating your interest and ability to meet the aforementioned requirement. Please include the following information: company name, address, point of contact, phone number and e-mail address and any potential teaming partners, and/or major subcontractor. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis. The Federal Business Opportunities, www.eps.gov, will be the primary source of information for this requirement.
