Description: As a result of information gathered from the market survey for potential sources for a proposed contract to design, build and set-up a mobile city, it has been determined that the procurement shall be solicited as a HUBZone set-aside Invitation for B id (IFB) in accordance with FAR 19.1305. The IFB number shall be W911S1-05-B-0002. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed Price type contract. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitat ion for Bid.
