Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Lexis Nexis, 4520 East-West Highway, Bethesda, MD, 20814-3389 for CIS/Index and CIS/Microfiche Library complete collection, and American Statistics Index. The estimated award amount is $32,926. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. T he applicable NAICS Code is 511120 and the size standard is 500. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION ISSUED. See Note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in note 22. The dete rmination by the Government not to compete this requirement, upon receipt of response to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the Government.
