Estimated issue date is 01/03/05. The proposed contract will inclu de two(2) 100 percent options. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. ISO 9001:2000 compliancy is required. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided.
