- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure Blackberry Data Plan and Blackberry Voice Plan for Assistant for Administration, Office of the Under Secretary of the Navy. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00140-05-Q-CN0S completes a firm fixed price contract. Delivery of Services is required within 5 days after receipt of order. This is a Sole Source requirement to AT&T Wireless, Inc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be access in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NAICS Code is 517212. It is requested that qualified sources capable of providing services for line item numbers.(CLINs): CLIN 0001 BLACKBERRY DATA PLAN. DATA PLAN INCLUDES UNLIMITED ACCESS TO EMAIL AND INTERNET BROWSING DATA PLAN PRICING WHEN A QUALIFIED VOICE PLAN IS ADDED TO THE DEVICE. CLIN 0002 BLACKBERRY VOICE PLAN. GSM AMERICAN NATIONAL POOLED PLAN 470 MINUTES W/UNLIMITED NIGHTS AND WEEKEND MINUTES, FREE NATIONWIDE LONG DISTANCE, AND UNLIMITED MOBILE-TO-MOBILE. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. Offerors are advised to include complete copy of provisions at 52.212-5 with their offer. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
