Description

The SOW for this effort shall serve to detail the basis for establishing a Software Subscription Service (SSS) in support of the existing Enterprise-wide Licensing Agreement for use of LEADS and WWS software. This standard software subscription service shall act, in effect, as an extension to the original warranty to the software to provide supplemental product upgrades and ongoing technical support to the Government currently using The Contractor?s LEADS and WWS software products under the existing Enterprise-wide Licensing Agreement. SSS services and benefits are described below. TECHNICAL SUPPORT REQUIRED: The contractor will provide technical assistance via telephone for the diagnosis and correction of customer questions and / or product defects. Service shall be available from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm U.S. Mountain local time Monday through Friday, except holidays. The Contractor will provide an emergency contact for 7x24 support. The contractor shall be customer-focused and provide comprehensive support to ensure user success with the application of all products. The Government shall be responsible for installation, training and proper use of other software.
