Description

Notes 22 applies. This is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item purchase order with 3rd Tech of Chapel Hill, NC for one each of their DeltaSphere-3000 3d Scene Digitizer for the US Army Crime Lab at Fort Gillen, GA. The DeltaSphere-3000 3D Color Scene Digitizer uses a laser rangefinder and professional digital camera to rapidly capture both millions of 3D measurements and dozens of color images of crime scenes to create an accurate, photorealistic, computer graphics model of the scene.SceneVision-3D works uses DeltaSphere data for viewing the scene from any direction, measuring the scene, creating photo "hot spots" and high-resolution insets, producing diagrams of the scene, and does analysis for producing blood spatter trajectories. Responsive and responsible parties are invited to submit a response to this solicitation.
