United States Postal Service Solicitation No. 362575-05-A-L001 Closes January 15, 2005 Fayetteville, NC 28302 Vehicle Maintenance Facility (Proposed) Existing Building or Vacant Land The U.S. Postal Service is seeking to purchase or lease an existing building of approximately 16,220 square feet suitable for use as a vehicle maintenance facility; or a vacant site of 1.50 to 3.00 acres zoned and otherwise suitable for construction of such a facility. Purchase is preferred over lease. Interested parties should submit information to the address below. A copy of the U.S. Postal Service Solicitation, including official Postal Service Option to Purchase and Lease forms, is available by phone, fax or email to: Real Estate Secretary, 336.665.2808 phone or 336.665.2865 fax or tami.andrews@usps.gov.
