ISSUE DATE: December 16, 2004 POSTED DATE: December 16, 2004 TITLE: Notice of Intent to Procure Preventative Maintenance for JEOL’s, USA, Inc., Electron Microscope for the NY Campus VA NY Harbor Healthcare System SOL: 10N3-093-05 DUE: 12/23/2005 NAICS: 811219 POP STATE: Not specified AGENCY: Attn: Department of Veterans Affairs NY Harbor Medical Center POC: Greg Vogt DESCRIPTION: The VA VISN 3 Network Business Center intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source procurement with JEOL, USA Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The procurement is to provide service maintenance which includes the Electron Microscope, Water Chiller, Side Entry Goniometer, Quick Change Specimen Holder and Film Desiccator and includes all parts and labor necessary to perform the tasks require. The contract period is base year from Date of Award thru September 30, 2009 and 4 year options, subject to the availability of funds. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract. Interested parties with the ability to supply the above shall request solicitation RFQ10N3-070-05 on line or call Greg Vogt at 718-741-4321 for a copy. NAICS code 561720 applies.
