Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dictaphone Inc., 3984 Pepsi-Cola Drive, Melborne, FL 32934 for Maintenance, Unlimited Emergency Repairs and Software Upgrades on Enterprise 250 Voice System and 4 Port Software Package. The proposed action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under this authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received on or before December 30, 2004 will be evaluated. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on response to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-DEC-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
