Description

Note 22 applies. The government intends to negotiate a sole source commercial item purchase order with Envisage Systems of Berkhamstead, Herts., UK for the purchase of one Ribbon Analysis Workstation. This device enables crime investigators to analyze typewriter ribbon to record the data contained on a typewriter ribbon and processing of the data contained on the ribbon in print out form. Envisage Systems is the only known source for this item. Quotes are invited from other responsive and resonsible sources. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-DEC-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
