Description

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Wayside Interpretive Planning and Design Services. These contracts will provide the skills required to provide interpretive planning and design services for the development of wayside interpretive exhibits and production-ready packages. All work must be fully compatible with National Park Service interpretive design standards and production methods. The work requires a multitude of skills that include site analysis, interpretive design, research, interpretive writing, graphics research, audience evaluation, graphics management, image editing, and hardware detailing. A specific Scope of Work will accompany each Task Order. The Government anticipates award of up to four Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm-Fixed-Price contracts. These contracts will be negotiated for one year with priced options for an additional four years. Each contract will be negotiated with a minimum workload of $4,000 and a maximum workload limit of $200,000 for Task Orders issued during each 12-month period. The solicitation will be available via Electronic Commerce on or about January 12, 2005. No paper copies will be issued.
